1. Platform Purpose

JobilioHR is a job placement platform that connects job seekers with employers across India. Our services include profile collection, candidate screening, and sharing resumes with hiring companies.

2. Data Collection & Usage

• Share personal details such as name, contact number, email, education, experience, resume, etc.
• Allow JobilioHR to use your information for the purpose of job matching, sharing with potential employers, and contacting you regarding job opportunities.
• We do not sell or misuse your data. All information is used strictly for placement-related activities.

3. User Consent

• You confirm that the details you provide are accurate and truthful.
• You give JobilioHR permission to share your resume and contact details with employers.
• You understand that job shortlisting or selection is solely the employer's decision.

4. Prohibited Activities

• Provide fake documents or false information.
• Impersonate someone else.
• Demand money or favors from other users or companies.
• Attempt to hack, spam, or misuse the website or app.
• If any fraudulent activity is detected, your access will be permanently banned, and legal action may be taken.

5. Employer Terms

• Employers must provide genuine job requirements.
• Jobs must follow Indian labor laws and be non-discriminatory.
• Employers are responsible for the hiring and interview process.
• JobilioHR is not responsible for any job offer, selection, or employment contract between the candidate and employer.

6. Payment Terms

• Some services may be paid (e.g., resume promotion, instant apply).
• All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Candidates are not required to pay for job selection. If someone demands money pretending to be from JobilioHR, report immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

• JobilioHR is a facilitator. We are not responsible for:
• Selection, rejection, or delay by employers.
• Employment disputes or salary issues.
• Misuse of your data by third parties despite best efforts.

8. Account Termination

• We reserve the right to remove any profile or block access if:
• False information is provided.
• Terms are violated.
• Fraud is detected.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Akola, Maharashtra.
